Ethena Cares provides the option of temporary care that is tailor suited to your needs for the disability community or aged care community. Why send your loved one out of the Fraser Coast area to a facility that has 2 workers for every 20-30 residents when Ethena Cares provides a One on One 24 hours a day 100% attention from a professional fully trained personal care worker.

All daily needs are taken care of – daily linen changes, daily personal laundry, daily cleaning, full pet care, social engagement, 24 hour a day personal care – showering, grooming, pad changes, meals on request – whatever your need, we will meet them.

Short Term Accommodation
Worry No More
Short Term Accommodation (STA), including respite, is support for when you need to live out of home for a short period. The NDIS can fund 28 days of STA per year if you have included this in your plan. Typically, this type of support would be used for short periods of up to 14 days at a time. If you need longer-term arrangements, other options like Supported Independent Living might be something to look into.

Host Living Arrangements

Host living arrangements are a contemporary form of support where you can choose to live in the home of a non-related person or family, known as the “host”. Ethena Cares can be your host.
Ethna Cares can provide you with disability related support, household assistance, emotional support and a family environment for an agreed level payment funded through your NDIS plan. This is also known as Individualised Living Options (ILO).
